problem with DLC "the dark below" and "house of wolves"

help me please , i've got a problem with expansion pass: i've purchased the code from Gamestop for a friend of mine , the code worked and i installed the pass and DLCs on his playstation. Unfortunately when i start destiny , his DLC's aren't installed in the game......... so they didn't work. if i go to the settings of playstation, there are the datas, but i can't erase them to purchase them again from the store. Also if i try to buy the pass again directly from the store, there is the price but i can't buy it because is technically installed on the playstation..... the single expansions (HoW and DB) don't have the prices so i can't even try. What can he do? because he can't access to the expansions in any way. His destiny profile is IPERIONE93. Personally i didn't have any problem with DLCs because i've buy them directly from the ps store so i don't know how to help him. :(

  • Hi Sensei, First, please have him try [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url]. Next, please make sure that the region of his Destiny disc matches the region of his PSN account. The region code is 4 letters: SCEA, SCEE, or SCEJ. If the regions don't match he will need to contact Sony or the retailer from which you purchased the expansion for more help.
