To all the short stocky guys
So you're 5'7 and can deadlift 400lbs. Who cares? If I only had 3 inches to move a heavy object I could do it, too.
Quit actin all tough and showing off your numbers. You have to climb your kitchen counter to get a cup from your cabinet. Congrats.

17 RepliesI'm too scared to try to dead lift:( I hurt my back falling of a horse some years ago. I can hit 850 on leg press 5 set of 10. Calfs I can do 680 easily. I'm 5"10 at 274 with 11%
