Sign here if you agree that the gunslinger subclass should get an overshield when they super ASAP. I've been killed countless times out of gunslinger when at full health, all because I have no over shield to keep me from getting shredded by Last Words during the short time period where you can't shoot yet. absolutely not. golden gun is a one shot kill to enemy players. the hunter class is basically all damage, at the cost of being vulnerable. high risk, high reward. when you pop that golden gun, you are the most dangerous enemy on the map as you instantly kill any enemy, (except in the case a titan has unstoppable or a warlock gains his radiance shield), immediately. this would push hunters over a "somewhat balanced" point in the game. hunters aren't over powered, nor are they under powered. their the most balanced class in the game for PvP since they have no glaring armor/sub class ability that makes them the clear cut obvious choice to play as.

Golden Gun is a one shot kill. Giving an overshield to a one shot kill super would make the gunslinger overpowered. I get very excited when I hear a golden gun in trials. very satisfying to shut down
-
I think it's perfectly balanced. You have potentially the best super if you use it wisely.
-
Stop starting your super in front of enemies?

NO. JUST NO. They are already too OP.

No thanks. Gunslinger has the only super in the game where you can stay back, completely safe, and still one shot people from a distance. If you die while using it, it's your loss, all you had to do was press the right trigger one time and you let someone beat you to it.
-
Well you shouldn't be popping it when someone is right on top of you, so that is your fault for getting killed like that

Part of me wants to get a lil bump in shielding during the animation, but the other part of me says no cause then people would say gunslinger is also a panic super. And out of all of them aside from ward of dawn I'd say that's the least "panicky" simply because its not a button spamming kill move. Titans get fists (don't lie, everyone's panic fisted at least once) warlocks get nova bomb (again pretty obvious when you've just spooked someone in control and the bomb their feet) and bladedancer is considered an auto aim spam fest, plus hungering blade. I main gunslinger and I don't really see the need for extra shielding other than during the animation. Just a smidge. it takes 2 shotgun shots to kill an activating titan or warlock, unless im the one getting shot. Then its like I've been crazed by a leaf annnnd I'm dead.

If you can't take out an opponent with a single shot super because that person is using a TLW then there's something very off with your aiming or it's time for a higher look sensitivity. Give that subclass a shield and you'll be a scrub using an OP super.
-
No, I have no need for an over shield, a ranged super does best at mid ranged. You need to refine your timing
-
-
Nope you're using the class wrong, hunters should be on the outskirts picking mother-blam!-ers off. Pop you're golden gun to take out a small group real quick then bounce out. You go charging into a straight up fight as a hunter and you deserve to get waxed. I know this is harder in PVP because you're surrounded sometimes. But you shouldn't be popping golden gun if you're getting lit up. You should walk into battle already good to go and wreck some bitches, then get back your ass off to regroup. Or if everybody's dead you should lord over their corpses like a badass.

No. Hunters don't tank. Hunters dps. You are welcome.
-
Improve the subclass, the super is FINE.

Trade offs. E.g. Sunsinger super-Warlocks gain additional armour but their weapons stay at the same level. Gunslinger super-Hunters' armour stay the same but they get mass weapons of destruction.
