You should create new lfg
You should have in in game lfg matchmaking for raids.. like world of war craft you type in to the area you know maybe go to a computer or a postmaster and have them share an lfg it would help out so much Cux not everyone is capable of making friends :)

The fire team voice channel was implemented around 6 months ago so people who were not in the same fire team could talk to each other, it is just under-used. The groups section of this website is fantastic for joining clans and there is also a raid recruitment section right here in the forums.... This is a game based on being social and is driven by a community, you really need to join a clan brother, best of luck to you :-) (If you were on PS4 i would have invited you to play with me an my guys).. sedona87
