Redefining jumps (class abilities)

Blink is getting amended so why not take the time to look at each class and give each class a unique "alternate jump"? Warlock Main jump: Glide with optional upgrades of (1) more control (2) initial boost of momentum Alternate jump: Warlocks delve in magic so it makes sense for their alternate jump to remain as blink. Hunter Main jump: Double jump with optional upgrades of (1) higher double jump (2) triple jump Alternate jump: Dash - hunters are supposed to be the quickest class with high agility so the "dash" jump would be a very fast jump similar to blink but without the teleportation. The user would instead display a trail of where they had been e.g O--------- this leaves the player easier to track then blink but it will be faster to use (with blink you have jump then jump again to cover large distances whereas with dash you can double tap the jump button and dash to your destination) Titan Main jump: Same as current (can't remember name) with optional upgrades (1) more control (2) initial boost of speed Alternate jump: Quake - Titans are supposed to be the strength build so quake is more or less a jump that says "-blam!- you" to the fancy jumps like blink and dash. Quake is triggered on a double jump in which the user will force down onto the floor like a mini fist of havoc. However quake will not cause any damage to opponents but it will stop all ability jumps mid progress (imagine 2 people using blink trying to shotgun you, use quake and you knock them down to ground level). Quake will also disorientate players (think stun grenade - slower movement but still able to fight) but will only disorientate opponents when they are using an ability jump (so you won't be effected if you're running or jumping with a single press of the jump button). I see quake as more of a balancing jump within pvp; a lot of Titan users ask for blink to be part of their set up, I think there's more need to add some variation in setups and restore balance to class builds. On a final note; to ensure the alternate jumps aren't crazy OP and overused (like blink now... sigh) I'd like to see all alternate jumps be given a 5 second cooldown (future exotic leg armour abilities could reduce this). Thanks for any opinions people, if you disagree and want blink for everyone then fair enough but it would be insanely boring with all variety well and truly killed :)
