Both are cool, but I'm probably going Suros with this one. Thoughts?

Hard Regime.

Hard Light can kill an enemy with easy headshots and penetrate the enemy behind him which will probably kill you. With Suros, you can kill one easily, take cover to Reload, kill another and repeat. Monte Carlo trumps them both.

I'm hoping both are useful, and Nechrocasm too. Just got my Crux, tried to use it in IB with little results, was fun getting all those assists though....lol

I think hard light looks sick, but for playability, im a suros man. Ive got 2. One is fully upgraded for pve when im out on patrol. The other is not, which i use in crucible. Fires laser straight and no loss in speed when i aim down the sights.

I like both weapons. But hard light needs a buff. I usually just patrol with hard light which is probably the only thing it's good for. I wish the impact for hard light was a little bit better so I could have it as a good all around weapon. Hard Light has the form, just not the function. Suros on the other hand is a good all around weapon, especially for pve. Well, don't know about now with all the nerfing going on.

I need to start levelling both of them in preparation for the September buff. Typically the Hard Light dropped in Nightfall the week that Xur was selling it. Fortunately I hadn't been tempted to purchase it beforehand. Got too many weapons to level at the moment though lol!
-
I'm leveling both up, hoping that maybe they'll be useful after TTK drops. But if I had to pick one today, it would be the Suros Regime. I like the added range and increased damage when zoomed. I find that more useful than a standard bullet hose that needs closer range.

You left off the option for "dual wield".

I can only give my opinion from PvE. I like Suros with it's focused fire. I 'm levelling HardLight from a Nightfall and it's not bad as it does have fieldscout. If I had to use autorifle I'd use Suros outside/range and Hardlight inside/close.

Don't have Hard Light so going with the Suros I bought from Xur this weekend.
