Spartan II vs Guardian
In a bare fist fight which means NO suits, NO powers and NO weapons.
[spoiler]if you pick Guardian you lose[/spoiler]
And since Chief is Human that means exos need not apply unless you want to give chief Cortana
Some Spartan Traits that should be known:
Incredibly fast reflexes that are impossible to chart and when adrenaline gets going time seems to slow down (Kelly Dubbed this 'Spartan Time')
They can run at bursts of 55 kmh or 34.2 mph.
Their skeletal structure is nearly unbreakable (their organs would get crushed before their bones)
Incredibly strong (able to put a sizable dent into an early version of the MJOLNIR suit that out of all the permutations has the most armor and this was achieved with no power suit)
Remarkably high pain tolerance (One even got his arm disintegrated by a fuel rod gun and didn't make a single noise)

55 RepliesGuardian easily. They're WAY faster, have WAY better reaction times. No suits gives them even more of an advantage, Magic > Tin implants.

Guardians are stronger (As much as I hate admitting it) but a Spartans achievements are 1000 times better.

6 RepliesGuardian might win under a couple conditions. It's a warlock who can use powers, the spartan is on the other side of the planet, and the guardian knows the spartan is coming and when the spartan will arrive.

5 RepliesCan I just say for any spartan vs gaurdian there not going to blindly run into a fight they would create a plan probably lose the first fight because the gaurdians respawn learn that the dark is the only way to kill gaurdians get some dark weapons and stategically ambush the gaurdians with there superior skills. There not robots they are extremely intelligent. Overall their brute strenght and superior intellect would destroy the gaurdians armor or not

First let's talk speed. The Master Chief can run at speeds exceeding 55 km/h or 34.2 mph, has been noted to have briefly ran at around 105 km/h or 65.2 mph during a MJOLNIR MARK V training exercise. Kelly, is faster than even that, but we don't have a number for her top speed, only that she is the fastest canonically, so we'll mark that as their top speed. Let's talk strength next. The SPARTAN IIs are capable of lifting three times their body weight, and that factors in the weight of their armor as well as the boost it provides them, because let's face it, this fight is happening while the Spartan II(s) are in their armor. The Master Chief in armor weighs 995 lbs. Triple that would be 2985 lbs. Show me proof a guardian is stronger than that. Let's get to reaction speed, which will play one of the biggest factors. A Spartan II's reaction time, while impossible to chart accurately, is estimated to be twenty MILLISECONDS. Their reaction times are significantly faster in combat situations [i]or[/i] with A.I. assistance, so even without Cortana or another smart A.I., a Spartan II will have a reaction time at or faster than twenty milliseconds. The reaction times of the SPARTAN-IIs are so fast that they are able to think, react and see things happen in slow and fast motion - it is dubbed as "SPARTAN Time". Show me proof the Spartan IIs can't handle whatever comes their way.

[spoiler]Spartans would win out of the fact that they can use ANY weapon without training, including Covenant and Forerunner armaments. Guardians only know how to use Tower-built or human-shaped weapons. They cannot use Fallen, Hive, Vex, or Cabal weapons, save for the Sword and the Scorch Cannon, which aren't available in Crucible, and they don't know how to pilot anything except bikes or bike-like vehicles, unlike Spartans. Furthermore, Spartans can carry 2 heavy weapons. Guardians can't get ammo for theirs until a purple box spawns (by then, they lost anyway), and would end up losing their guns to the Spartans on death (since Spartans can pick up any gun, more or less disarming the Guardian).[/spoiler] [/i]
