No more fIrefly on HoW snipers??
BUNGIE WHAT THE HELL?
Firefly is by no means overpowered, yet you remove it from the perk roll for EVERY new HoW sniper rifle?? Even the Efrideet's Spear. Why?? I think most people will back me in this. It's not an overpowered perk by any means, and highly situational.
