My notifications in App don't work

Just realised my notifications stopped working. I've already adjusted settings repeatedly. Reset them. Deleted cache. Still won't work. Anyone else have this issue? Been about a month since my last notification. I thought I wasn't loved (; Need to know if redownloading companion app will help. Thanks [spoiler]The irony of having to remind myself to check this thread because I can't tell if someone has replied or not. Smh[/spoiler]

  • Hey, [b]On application[/b], - go into application settings and select the notification tab. Once there uncheck all boxes and save, then check all boxes needed then save once again - restart your application - restart your mobile phone - clear your application cache in the application settings - check for an update - try using your LTE/4G instead of wifi to see if it differs. [i]These are some steps to better the notifications on your mobile application. Sometimes the notifications will be slow at time, but it will typically resolve itself[/i]

    • Hello, This happened to me. Here's was I had to do to fix it. Go into the notification settings on Bungie.net and uncheck all notifications, save, then recheck all the ones you want and save again. Do the exact same process in the notification settings on your app. While you're in the settings I'd also recommend clearing the cache as well Let me know if this works for you Good luck guardian
