I have the Expansion Pass that came with my physical Collector's Edition. First this theme was only given as a pre-order incentive for standalone House of Wolves, but later people with Passes started getting them too, around June 10th. I have yet to receive mine, have checked my 'From PlayStation' notifications. The only ones I keep getting are alerts about my PS+ running out. Also I live in Europe, is the theme for US residents only, and is that why I didn't get it?
