[b]Edit[/b]: Added a photo of my Fulcrum above just for some eye candy, but please READ ONWARD :) Obviously we will have to wait to hear more from Bungie in the coming weeks, but from what has been told to us so far, I'd like to get some opinions here. When they make these changes to hand cannons and lower the clip sizes, is it going to make all of my old hand cannon clips go down as well? Some places in the update state that certain changes will only take place on new weapons in the next expansion, but others like 'Stat Perk Tuning Pass' specifically call out retroactive changes. [quote]..and this change was made retroactively against all year one weapon talent grids.[/quote] I ask this because currently a lot of the Final Round/LiTC hand cannon builds rely on either Smallbore or Braced Frame to lower the clip sizes down, however, I have never been able to get all 3 on the same roll. Instead I have Final Round and LiTC paired with other perks like Speed Reload or Rifled Barrel. Not terrible rolls, although the % chance of lucky bullet is not as high as with the smaller clip. Now I can't decide if I should continue to reforge my weapon OR just wait for the clip sizes to come down globally across all hand cannons, and then my perks will actually be preferred over Smallbore since you will already have less shots. Conversation and healthy debates welcome below! Would love to see a response from DeeJ or Cozmo to clear up this upcoming change to our beloved HC's!
