So it's been some time since this was addressed by DeeJ, that people who had the season pass prior to House of Wolves dropping were supposed to get the theme as well as those who pre-ordered the standalone DLC. I know it has been given to players with the season pass because my friend got his a while ago. However, I have still not received mine. I have gone to PlayStation's support three times, spoken with a different person each time, and gotten a different answer each time. One person said this was a Bungie issue and to contact Bungie support, to which I have seen it stated in other help topics here from Bungie staff that it should be a PlayStation issue handled by PlayStation support. I've had another PS support member tell me that season pass holders do not get the theme, even though I mentioned that this was refuted by a Bungie staff member and by my own eyes as I've seen a season pass holder get the theme. And then I've had a support member fail to comprehend that I was discussing a PlayStation Theme and not in-game content and completely blow off my request for assistance. I know this doesn't seem like a big issue, especially with TTK around the corner, but honestly it's about principles. We were promised a free, exclusive thing for pre-ordering a DLC item by Bungie and PlayStation, and people have still not received it almost two months since release. And all I've seen is people getting the runaround. So please, help us out Bungie.
