Has anyone heard of what Bungie plans to do about vault space when TTK comes out? I'm overflowing as it is and I'm just curious if they plan on addressing this issue at all or not. If it was up to me, I'd suggest they separate vault space by faction association instead of one big unorganized mess of weapons. What I mean, is that instead of one universal vault with 36 slots, we create 6 separate vaults with X number of slot spaces (I'll come back the X number of slots later). The 6 vaults could be crucible, vanguard, Deaf Orbit, FWC, New monarchy, and Legend. Legend is just a fancy name for basically any gone that doesn't fit within the other categories (I.e. Raids/POE/Trials). We access all of these vaults through the current vault menu, and each vault operates just as the current one does. Now here's where things change drastically, back to the X number of slots. Why X? Well I use X as a variable because what if vault space was different for every player and decided upon the rank of that player in that vault's faction? Let me explain. Imagine if TTK comes out, introduces this method, and you are greeted with the 6 vaults at the vault menu. The first vault houses the current 36 item storage, and the others only hold 2 to start. "WTF?? Y ONLY 2??" Is what I'm sure you're thinking. It starts with only 2 slots but a total of 20 are available in each vault, and these slots are unlocked by completing vault specific challenges (I.e. Be a certain rank in crucible, beat atheon 5 times on normal, do 10 patrol missions). They would resemble the Current bounty system but instead of glimmer and exp, you are rewarded more vault space. This increases vault space in total by 10 to start, and allows gamers to earn more vault space as they continue to "become legend". This is just something I've been thinking about guys and please comment your thoughts if this would be something you'd appreciate or if there are changes you'd make to it!
