27 RepliesUnfortunately I will probably not be obtaining this emblem. I am unable to beat VoG, Crota, and Skolas on Hard. Just don't have the friends that will do it and I don't give a crap about out-of-game matchmaking. #lfgsites. In game optional matchmaking would probably warrant me giving it a try. But that doesn't exist though. But it is ok. I probably wouldn't use it anyways since it doesn't look that cool to me. lol

7 RepliesHAD EVERYTHING DONE MONTHS AGO FOR MoT THIS IS CRAZY THAT MY GOLDEN CHEST RESET. OTHER PLAYERS LIKE MYSELF PUT IN COUNTLESS HOURS TO RECIEVE THAT EMBLEM AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED YET. IT IS FRUSTRATING SEEING EVERYONE FLASHING THIS EMBLEM OFF AND KNOWING YOU DESERVE ONE, BUT BUNGIE HAS ONLY "INVESTIGATED" THE PROBLEM. HOW ABOUT FIX IT BY GIVING US YEAR ONE GRINDERS OUR EMBLEM. 1 ReplyThe problem seems to have come from if you got your golden chests on more than one character, even if it was not deleted. I found some on titan, then finished with my hunter, but the problem is that I put in all that work for this emblem and now don't have it because of the most stupid bug...but how can we prove that we did it if we didn't take screenshots before hand? :/

If and when the issue is resolved will people who did the challenges in time still be able to get the Moments of Triumphs emblem??

Hey guys, I finished my triumph challenge in time, but on ttk launch my chest data got erased. A friend said you were aware of the issue so I just put it to the back of my mind. Just noticed mine hasn't turned up yet, any idea on how long it will be until the issue is resolved?

same story here, can't believe i went to all that effort and for nothing, i dont see how bungie can work out who has completed and who hasnt. no way of talking to bungie or getting a direct response, hoping for something in the weekly news update.

Need my emblem also. My app showed completion of everything but 2 chests for months. I've had the game since November of last year so when I heard of this I knew I'd grab the last couple chests and it would be done. Did that step before the extension was even given and it showed completion on my app. I know I didn't do it with the same character but since the app showed it as account based and not character based I didn't do every chest on each character. However everything else was done on each character so really why would just chests keep me from this. I took some pride in knowing I could help people and people starting out could see that I know what I'm doing. This emblem would allow people who have questions or need help to reach out to me. Now I don't get one? This is truly wrong. You always speak of how people have a hard time finding groups to play with and such but this isn't helping those people unless I have it. Thanks alot. This is obviously a screw up on your part because you were not specific on the fact it needed to be each character. The app told me it was complete. Ridiculous.

I have screen shots of the completion but what about other who don't have them? It's alot of work to put in to get the hard parts done to have rhe emblem Unawarded because of chests. Hopefully a fix soon although I've checked this board every day for a week and there seems to be nothing but an 'investigation ' happening.

This absolutely happened to me. I was in Europe for two weeks, finally got back on Friday and logged in. Was looking around and like, "hmmm, where's that dandy little emblem I worked so hard for at?" Finally looked at the MoT and the chests were reset to ZERO. What the WHAT? Come on. That's such a ridiculous bug and it sucks that something so silly can make all of us feel petty for asking you to fix it.
