Now I know u claimed in ur last interview that BUNGIE would listen to their consumers and the players... Well I doubt u will get this but when will u fix your servers... My account was hacked and DELETED thru your servers (Microsoft verified to me no one accessed my account at the day and time it happened) I lost all my things except my storage items... Instead of BUNGIE making it right or at least attempting to do so they link me to a page basically telling me your not responsible and that its my fault and to deal with it... THIS IS NOT RIGHT... As one of the few who owns the collectors edition and plans to get the same edition with taken king.. I've spent over 10months or so farming and leveling and griding and to now have all my hard work stolen by a two-bit loser hacker is just wrong... All I'm asking is BUNGIEs help or for you to have my items returned to my game VIA postmaster at BARE MINIMUM... I heard a kid on PS4 got his things back when it happened with the ps4 play thing so why can't u help a poor guy on the 360 that's putting up with nearly the same issue... I do realize u seem to only care about publicity well bad publicity and ethical issues for a company coming into question are not good for BUNGIE image... I've supported BUNGIE forever.... Since Halo 1 and my friends know the creator of halo... Ask him if he knows a Hurley Family of Chicago... He should... Point is all I'm asking for is to be helped instead of being fed a steaming pile of crap... Is that too much to ask for? I'd like votes from people who see this on who agrees that I deserve sum help after shelling out over $100 at launch at midnight release and another $60-80 now?
