Make the perk "Rodeo" more effective!! [petition]
This perk does near to nothing! it's supposed to reduce recoil, but I've tested many times with two of the same gun, one with rodeo, one without, looking at the bullet holes on walls and it makes no difference with guns like scout rifles, pulse rifles, and snipers.
