The Thing I've Noticed About Thorn in Iron Banner is...
...that I'm not seeing it as much as I used to. I'm spending a lot less time plugging my bleeding thorn holes with tampons recently. I, for one, stopped using mine a little while ago in favor of Hawkmoon. I have been seeing a lot of Red Death, Mythoclast, Queenbreaker's Bow, Vestian Dynasty (shockingly), Hawkmoon, Last Word, The Messenger, Red Hand IX, and of course a bunch of douche nozzles like myself running around with god perked shotguns (Matador, Judgment VI, Felwinter's, Party Crasher +1) in the Iron Banner this week.
I've been seeing Bad JuJu on occasion also which makes me happy because that is one fun weapon if you haven't tried it.
How does everyone else feel? Were you having a similar experience this week?

I've been rocking Messenger, Ice Breaker, Tomorrow's answer. I only stoop to using the thorn when it is absolutely necessary

I've been rocking Vision of Confluence, with either Invective or Found Verdict and either Uppercut Payload (No Radegast or Ash Factory yet 😭) or an ascended Against All Odds with a 50 round clip... Yes, I do return to Thorn if I'm having trouble finishing a particular bounty or if the situation calls for it, but I've been trying other primaries just to test myself. I'm certainly not the best PvP player, but I try to stay positive (K/D).

1 ReplyYep, I am the proud owner of a cadre of said "god perked" shotty's. I have to agree with you that its a bit ridiculous. I think they should have made weapon re-rolling more expensive, or perhaps a maximum of 2 re-rolls per gun and let rngesus dole out the divine!

I felt like I got lagged out of 4 games in a row and never went back. Meanwhile in regular crucible it has been months since I have been dropped from a game
