The only thing they need to do to fix it in my opinion, is that once you go to the Lighthouse for the weekend, then that character gets put into a seperate server of others that have gone flawless. This way people can still get the drops they want but not interupt other non-flawless players. This will allow more people to go flawless but the better players still to farm for their drops of good gear in trials matches.
