(Only Bungie can help glitch) Elder cipher completed but weapon menu doesn't show...
Posting on behalf of my friend as they do not have access to here.
I've seen this at their house also.
They completed the elder cipher bounty (bounty received after patch for skolas) yesterday on 2 accounts. One handed in fine and they got the wep, but on their hunter when going to variks the screen greys like when you get options but no menu appears so they cannot pick the weapon to claim
We have tried clearing cache, mutliple sign in and outs, changing profiles a lot, have room for wep etc
This is on xbox 360 for account: Rinoa Anima
Would someone have any ideas what would be causing this or what we can do please? We spent ages farming bosses

It's my account with the glitched cipher, basically I finished the last step of the cipher on my Hunter, which is to get 1000 points from killing bosses. Variks has an exclamation mark over his head, but when I talk to him the screen goes grey and the menu for the weapon doesn't pop up. It took a lot of time to finally complete the Cipher, so this is extremely frustrating for me and I am hoping it is fixed soon. (I have tried everything, logging out, changing characters, doing PoE again, waiting couple of days. etc. Nothing works)
