It 'twas the night before Christmas in the tower so high, and the guardians couldn't sleep but needed to try . They were anxious to see what santa would bring, like maybe the raid gear or some other amazing thing. After all was quiet and all lye asleep in bed, that's when Xur was creeping instead. He waited there hidden from sight, to see what trouble he could stir that night. That's when santa flew over the tower, bringing back Xurs memory of happiness, making him sour. Xur hated Christmas, because with it had had no one to share, he just didn't think it was fair. He sat there in silence watching santa go to work, so after santa left Xur could start to lurk. It felt like forever but finally santa was done, now was Xurs time to spoil what should have been fun. Xur looked at each guardians great gift, but he couldn't resist, so with a bag in hand the gifts he began to lift. Putting them in the bag one by one, it seemed to take forever because santa had left a ton! After hours of stealing, Xurs work was done, he had managed to steal everything, not even leaving one. Xur went home thinking he'd cure his loneliness with all the great stuff, but all the amazing items were not enough. Xur needed a friend and needed one bad, that's when he realized what he'd done making all the guardians sad. Xur decided to hide the truth and come back on the weekends and act as a vending booth He would return the gifts slowly and not all at once, he wanted to be able to visit with the guardians for more than just months. Xur loved talking to the people, it brought him joy, expecially when he could give them a new toy. Xur loved it it so much he had began steal santas power, Xur would be the one to forever give gifts to the people of the tower.
