what he has to say is in incredible! if you don't want to see this happen to every game in the years to come please take a break from Destiny. ESO WoW FFXIV BorderLands, GTA 5, Batman, are great games you can play in the mean time. again, it is completely your choice. i respect any decision you make.

Interesting thing to note. ALL dlc content had been glitched into from TDB and HoW. Croat's end was already on disc, but not a 3rd(HoW) raid. So a month before HoW releases we get told a 3rd raid was decided to be post poned to fall sometime. But there was never a 3rd raid to begin with. Both DLCs were disc locked.

2 RepliesBump. It is so, so important that people watch this video. I cannot stress that enough. The direction activision are taking with Destiny could have huge quality and financial ramifications for us as gamers and consumers for years to come. If TTK is part of an annual launch plan to water the game to other models of 'this is a new game', to just 'this is a big expansion to a game you already have' then we are in for a dark future. People are already asking the question: "is how much I love this game actually worth being extorted?" And I would suggest that there will be a breaking point sooner rather than later, conservatively within the next 5-10 years. Players the world over are in uproar about having to re-buy content. In the past, Call of Duty and other game series that have moved to use it's financial model have released a new game year on year. The games themselves contain huge similarities to the launches before, but they don't make this overt purely because they 'are' a new game. The evolution of this is to not masquerade as a new game at all, but rather do as destiny is doing and straight up continue on from the game that is already launched. What this does is break the veil the consumer has to the point that the blind eyes are open: we are being overcharged to replay content and experiences we have already paid for. It is clearer than ever and people straight up don't like it. And how long will we let out desire to play a game series outweigh that reality?

Bungie is not going to sucker me this time.

Bump x 1,000,000 I just watched the last 7m and I'm glad I did. Soon more and more games will have content cut out just to increase their profit margins. We the destiny community need to take a stand and make sure bungie and shitvision doesn't get away with this. Otherwise video games are going to be watered down and have the same problems that destiny has. It also explains why we all ask if bungie tests their game, because they literally dont just to cut costs.
