If you're player who enjoys going in the crucible to test your skills against other guardians I'm sure you have notice the horrible gun balance situation. At first it was auto rifles that were op (over powered) and now there's a new king of the over powered guns I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, Thorn. The few guns that can compete with the Thorn are Red Death, Last Word and well I was going to list more but those seem like the only 2. I understand I might get some hate like comments saying "you just don't know how to use the Thorn" or "Nerfing the thorn will just put the Last Word on top" but I'm not going to say nerf the thorn and I'm an alright player in the Crucible. But I just think Bungie should have noticed that the Thorn is one of the most used weapons in Crucible. They did with the Suros and auto rifles all around and converted them into marshmallow shooters. I also understand that exotic weapons are supposed to be the best but do you ever see anyone using guns like Invective, Hard Light, Patience and Time, Super Good Advice. The list goes on with unused exotics. Again I'm not asking for the Thorn to be nerfed just make other guns worth using in the Crucible. I haven't been killed by an auto rifle since the update that nerfed them. The reason auto rifles were so commonly used is because they were easy to use and forgiving with their recoil. I hope Bungie sees this so they understand the struggles of Crucible weapon balancing. Share your opinions.
