A few weeks ago my brother walked into the room that I was playing destiny. It was Xur day and I was looking what the agent of the nine had in store for us guardians. My brother looked at the TV screen and asked if I was playing a Lord Of The Rings game. I told him that I was playing destiny and asked him why he thought I was playing a LOTR game. He told me that Xur looked like a ring wraith. I agreed with him and took this off the Wikipedia: Ringwraiths According to Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, the Nazgûl arose as Sauron's most powerful servants in the Second Age of Middle-earth. They were once mortal men; three being "great lords" of Númenor. Sauron gave each of them one of nine Rings of Power. The thing that really caught my attention was that there were 9 ring wraiths. Saroumane (one of the characters in the Lord Of The Rings) even calls them "The Nine." Could this be a coincidence, inspiration or Destiny Lore.
