i pre ordered the taken king and did not get the rewards

so I pre ordered the taken king and I was thinking I would get the sparrow shader and emblem because I have played since day one and they said you would get that, I bought it went to special orders and I was not there. can I please have my stuff bungie?

The rewards are not available yet. The Taken King launches in September. You will receive them at that point.
