IB pulse rifle? Not impressive

Yes again a weapon w low impact and high rof but in pulse not ar. In the HOW reveal stream, they promised no more low impact, high rof--what do they give for ib--a reskinned spare change pulse rifle--awesome job and ur servers for iron lag is great too
