Weapon parts/Weapon re-rolls

I am all for being able to re-roll weapons, it is a wonderful new feature and am grateful for Bungie adding this option to the game. However, unlike the days of old when iron banner came along we could re-roll weapons from that faction by simply using 2 motes of light. Now in the present day and age, we are presented with having to spend 250 glimmer, 1 mote of light and 3 weapon parts. I do realize that this wonderful feature has now been extended to every legendary weapon in destiny (excluding the Trials of Osiris weapons and weapons earned prior to House of Wolves) and to limit the amount and ease of re-rolls they added extra costs but myself and other fellow guardians feel that the weapon parts cost is pretty hefty and unreasonable. Here's our reasoning, it costs approximately 57 weapon parts to max out an exotic weapon plus another 25 if that exotic was earned prior to house of wolves DLC, there are now currently about 23 exotic weapons (excluding fate of all fools and 347 Vesta dynasty) of which guardians will have multiples across all 3 characters ( e.g. I have 3 ice breakers one for each of my guardians as it is just a lot more convenient than having to share one between all 3 of my characters) that means it'll cost you approximately 1311 weapon parts to max out your weapons, this isn't even including legendary weapons. Dismantling legendary weapons can give you two weapon parts as a result, which isn't even enough for a re-roll without the other added costs, and considering you could've earned that weapon from a nightfall or from the 35 prison of elders chest that is pretty damn sad and not a fair reward for your time spent playing. At the most you can get approx 6 or 7 weapon parts and a weapon telemetry if you dismantle a maxed out legendary weapon (fully upgraded) but who in their right mind would waste time maxing out a weapon only to dismantle it after? NO ONE! Everyone loves to have a weapon that suits their play style and everyone has different play styles, so being able to re-roll that shotgun so it can make you a better and more efficient gun and run style player for your team or re-rolling that sniper to help you be a more accurate long distance defense style player is really awesome but you have to choose between getting the awesome rolled weapon or having weapons that aren't upgraded making you more efficient in one way but pit-falling you in another. Personally I have only spent about roughly 500 hours of game play time into destiny so an argument can be made that i haven't grinded enough dragon strikes or patrols or prowling wolf events but i have met and know players who are into the 1500 hours range and are suffering the same problem of barely having enough weapon parts to either upgrade or re-roll new weapons they have. we can farm and gather, even purchase other materials (relic iron, spirit bloom, spin metal and helium filaments) required to upgrade weaponry and armor but not weapon parts. Even looking at the drops from strike playlists you are more likely to get armor engrams than you are weapon ones as there are 5 armor slots and only 3 weapon slots Now i don't like to present an issue i have with something unless i have a solution to that issue in mind. so Bungie, a few suggested solutions I and other fellow guardians had in mind are: A). remove the cost of weapon parts to re-roll weapons (compensate the removal by increasing cost of motes of light) B). increase the amount of weapon parts dropped per dismantle (e.g minimum of 5 to 6 weapon parts per legendary dismantle) C). add weapon parts as purchasable options to the vanguard and crucible weapon vendors. ( 1 mark = 1 or 2 weapon parts) D). A and B E). A and C F). B and C G). A, B and C
