It's random and should stay that way. I have been unfortunate enough to miss the sales of the Suros and nlb and have never seen one drop, plan C however haunts my dreams I've dismantled so many! I got my third ghorn from the NF today so it does drop.

I inspected your profile and you played almost NO RAIDS (complete) at all! I do more kills in a regular PoE 35 run than you did in all your "raid activities", so please stop complaining! My first Gjallarhorn dropped after 750 hours of playing the game, after taking part in about 350 raid activities (complete or not complete), 2 days after HoW came out. I was running sword on Crota hard. Since then, I got two more Gjallarhorns, again from running sword on Crota hard. But don't try to cry on the forums about "how much time you spent on trying to get a Gjallarhorn" when you obviously did not!

If you have 1000+ hours and you dont have it you should be able to buy it from gunsmith (i have 5 btw so im not whining about it)

LMAO YOU HAVE PLAYED 3 RAIDS BRO. This is why I am so glad Bungie does not sell it. Scrubs like you cry and act like you deserve it when YOU NEVER EVEN TRIED TO GET ONE. I'm also beyond frustrated with the rigged RNG. It's mathematically almost impossible for myself and many I have played with to get every other gun 10+ times, but still missing the Gjallarhorn. For those that are lucky enough to have it, they get it dropped consistently. It doesn't matter how many times you re-roll a character (multiple for myself), how many raids or nightfalls you complete. Those that say it does are flat wrong, unfortunately. This is the Bungie (maybe pressured by Activision) rigged RNG coding and the carrot they want people to chase after. The problem is this has back fired on Bungie, at least for many I have spoken with and my friends that have spent money all through the DLCs. It's totally turned many people off, and I know they won't be spending any more money on the product. Why would they if they are consistently getting messages; "No gjallahorn, sorry you can't play". This is how the community has been broken apart and divided, it works against the spirit of the game. Its disheartening, and frankly not fun at all (this is a video game). It's developed a discriminating and elitist mentality, for a multiplayer based structure. For myself, I played since day one, and I've reached my limit at HOW. I like playing and probably will till TTK drops, that's not the problem. It's the fact that I know I can't get a weapon regardless of how many times I play, it's honestly ridiculous. I won't be paying the $80 for the collectors edition - and not because of the ridiculous pricing scheme (I know I know, a different conversation) - I would have gladly payed if the system worked to give everyone a fair chance. It's not a lot of money to them from my group of friends, but I know many share our feelings and won't spend any more money on this game. Maybe Bungie will learn from this in the future. It's not a subscription type game, so really it makes no sense for them to keep a weapon out of players hands. Especially when this could have alleviated so many of the bad feelings that have developed over a lack of a weapon, being discluded from groups and clans etc. This is a game that is supposed to bring people together, not discriminate against them. I'm going to voice my opinion and let people know what they are getting into, before they spend their money.
