Raiding and "Newbs"

Ok so im going to outline some basic etiquette for doing raids with new members or people who haven't run through it for the first time. 1. Be kind and dont complain. 2. If someone hasn't run through the raid in question and someone is teaching, shut up and let the new person learn. You were a noob in the raid once too and you should understand instead of ridicule them for starting it for the first time. 3. Do your part. Everyone fights. No one quits. If you start a raid, finish all the way through unless you absolutely have to leave. 4. If Im running a raid as party lead and im training someone, i will not take your shit unless you've run through the raid 30 million times. 5. Respect the chain of command the party or raid lead has set up within the party. Beyond that, just be a genuine good human being. Be respectful and kind to all those we run in raids with whether new or veterans.
