I've noticed a bug since the last update that doesn't show new upgrades once you go to details on equipment (at least on PS3). It will show the green plus sign on the equipment themselves, but won't show what upgrades are new for that equipment otherwise. It will sometimes show after you log out of the game & come back in, but won't otherwise... The only way to really track it in it's current state is to bring up the last matches/missions results so you can see what has new updates, but that doesn't really help if you want to upgrade while you're still in the match/mission. EDIT: Looks like it's doing the same thing with skills as you gain enough experience to gain new skills also...
