We visit the Cryptarch so often, asking him to decode our precious engrams. So why is it that he cannot, for his life, sell us a decent engram? If we're lucky he might bless us with an uncommon? Why is this? He should have more special engrams, like, each day he should sell a different legendary engram and a few rare. I know many people would appreciate this if it were considered.
