Restrict the thorn in ToO
It's ridiculous how many people use thorn it's unfair. If you are looking to join a team the first thing they'll ask is "Do you have the flawless emblem" and "Do you have a 365 thorn" no well that's to bad sorry!

Its the meta. Use the best weapons or dont play

If you're going to restrict any item from a certain event, then you can't do it without restricting them all. Ban one exotic, ban them all. I don't feel like that's the answer, since it seems like the lazy thing to do.
