Brother Vance has some balls
Im not too familiar with the lore and hierarchy of the tower and reef but I heard Brother Vance call the Speaker a Charlatan!
Anybody have some insight on this?

Well the Speaker doesn't sound all that good either. He's mysterious to say the least.
