The Best PvE Loadout
Fatebringer, Blackhammer, and Gjallarhorn
These are what make up the best Loadout in Destiny. Of course this is my opinion, but each of these literally are in a class of their own. This is for PvE of course.
If you do not own any of them, I apologize as there was not enough room for it as a choice.

Your opinion is slightly flawed, save black hammer for special bosses. The rest of the time you need a sniper with surplus so you get more rockets for your ghally per heavy ammo pack. It will go from 2 rockets per to 4-5 per.
