I'm not sure if I should have put this in "Help" or not, or if there are already people trying to find this out. I have seen a particular shader a couple times, not the one in the picture but a different one. I've seen it on Titans only but the shader made their armor all white and, on the shoulder there was a black sun like what's on the hunter's helmet in the picture in the link.
