I found something on planet destiny. I was looking at the new version of simlars wrath and comparing it to the old one. They have aim assist values listed there, and the new similars wrath has a value of 74 as its base. Also listed are min/max for each stat based on perks you roll. Im not sure what hidden hand does but if its aim assist it looks like the value is 5. It lists the max value at 79 for AA meaning the only perk you can roll on it that will improve AA is hidden hand and it seems that its a little underwhelming as it only adds 5. I could be wrong but it looks like a waste of a perk if it is only 5.
