I followed [i]every single word[/i] of this game when I first heard about it. I had set an amazingly high bar, because that's what they(and my imagination) had led me to believe. All the articles and videos on development had our brains running wild with possibilities. I could already see humanity at its peak. Only to be brought down in a horrifically short period of time. Oh goodness. Such tragic much badness. Then we would see the rebuilding and progress throughout these next years. I can only hope it's going to improve from here

1 ReplyThis was very insightful and addressed so many flaws of Destiny, but to call the game 'broken' is a stretch. Destiny is still incredibly fun and provides a truly unique gameplay experience.

1 ReplyExcellent post, it really is an honest view of the game and the way bungie treats it's customers. It's just a shame that they do not care nor will they do anything to build bridges. It's blatantly obvious that the dark below and house of wolves were both locked out from the launch to be re hashed together into the pitiful DLC we all paid for. We all watched the pre launch trailers and teasers and actual gameplay when it was shown and what we received at launch was not what they showed us. I even went scouting today in the start area and that bit in the video were they said you would be able to explore areas and even fires a rocket to show you the area has now been removed. The planets are as you said just boring paths you can't leave or seas you can't swim in there's bases on the moon you can't go to and cliffs you can't climb it's ridiculous when you think that Skyrim and Gta on last gen consoles gave us more to explore. I still play but my patience is worn thin now, I can't get any higher than 33 because I do not have the time to wait for a lfg reply all night and I'm just not into pvp no matter how much you make the rewards better, all you want is extra cannon Fodder in there and hope pvp will hide the fact that your pve game just does not come up to the standards of your original games. I played all the halo series on my xbox and you should be ashamed of this title after such a great past.

Please bungie watch this. It says so well how we feel. Those of us who simply can't get through the lfg elitism to play. AT ALL. Every point mentioned is a real feeling your fans are going through. I understand you've accepted you will think about MM. But I get the feeling it might never actually happen. Also. That you'll only out it in for PoE. Or PoE 32. Whatever. It needs to be optional for EVERYTHING. Less than 10% have raided. Ever. Think about it. You've even forgotten about that old raid business now and don't really support rewards there but we still want to play it! Those rewards have been missed by so many and now everyone's moving on to even more locked out stuff. Please please read this and help us.

4 RepliesI can't say that I don't agree with what you are saying, the points you make are very right in some way or another but in the defense of Bungie I do have to point out the amount of work and time they have to put in to make these changes, it is not like it just takes a few days, no it takes some time and just keeping destiny running must be hard enough. But also what I want to bring out is that the game does have lore (to a degree) has good PvE weapons (Gjhallahorn, Fatebringer, etc..) but I must agree with you very much on the match making and the huge standards of the elite so I definitely agree with you
