So, like many players, I'm stuck right now between wanting more treasure keys, and not wanting my vault/inventory space full of ammo synths. First let's address the treasure keys. In the weekly update it was stated that they were working on the drop rate to give the farmers some relief. I have some other suggestions. Instead of keys, we could get key shards. 4 shards make up one key. These key shards could drop from the loot chests, nightfall, weekly, reward packages from factions, and after completing PoE. Level 28 PoE would drop one key shard, level 32 would drop 2, level 34 would drop 3, and lastly a complete key would be guaranteed to drop after completion of level 35 PoE. This way Bungie keeps us grinding, but the grind has definitive results with less RNG. (Credit to DattoDoesDestiny for this idea) While we're on the subject of PoE, I would like to state that although 34 and 35 are ridiculously tough, I think they should stay that way. But the rewards should be amped. Maybe 2 etheric light for 35? And a guaranteed legendary for both? Now onto ammo synths. I think having one of the vendors buy like 5 special for 500 glimmer would be a start, but glimmer caps out so quickly. [spoiler]glimmer cap needs to be doubled btw[/spoiler] So perhaps trade them at the gunsmith for weapon parts? Or motes of light even. I'd certainly trade 5 synths for 10 gun parts. [b][u]OTHER IDEAS[/u][/b] -access grimoire from in game -more vault space, like add 5 pages you can scroll through with the shoulder buttons -more ships! Not reskinned ones! Practical ones! -more unique guns! That look like they'd actually function! No reskinned ones! [spoiler]*cough*NL Shadow 701x*cough*[/spoiler] -reroll armor? Possibly at a new junk/surplus dealer that also randomly sells some of the vanilla gear -more dance moves -hot key button on click of right joy stick! Select a consumable in your inventory, which gets flagged with a flaming key in the corner, then just press the right thumb stick to use it! A little message should pop up that says "heavy ammo synth used" or whatever, or say "heavy ammo synth on cool down for 3 minutes" -checkpoints in PoE at halfway and before last boss -more shaders! More camo shaders! I'd kill for an olive drab or flat dark earth shader! -more sparrows! Hell, make them customizable! -GHOST SHELLS OMG WHERE ARE THEY -Have Variks exchange tokens for treasure keys, like 3 of each maybe?
