More Exotic Enemy-Themed Weapons

Well, I've been asking for this one for quite a long while. I've had a few threads running over the past few months asking for Bungie to add in enemy weapons as Exotics, and hey look we actually got three of them this time around. I do have to admit, I'm a little disappointed however with a few of them, they don't actually "feel" like true counterparts of the enemy weapons, namely the Dreg's Promise and the Lord of Wolves. Bungie could easily address this in a patch, and I hope they do so at some point. Today's topic however is not about the weapons that were added recently, it's about the ones that were not. While I do agree that it might be silly to start adding Hive / Vex / Cabal themed weapons in a Fallen Themed DLC, I'd actually like to disagree and say that now is the PERFECT time to add the other guns. Bungie has just revealed that they are capable of adding new weapon types to the game, and also that they do like the idea behind giving us enemy based weapons, so why don't we expand it now and give away the others. I've had this page up and running since January and over the past week, I've updated it significantly to something that is not only completely realistic to add, but also really easy. It'll also give players something for them to do over the next four months while we wait for The Taken King. Two times a month, Variks will offer a special Level 35 Prison of Elders challenge mode for one week (This will go at the bottom of the map under the base activity). In order to participate you must have Reputation Level 3 with Variks. The challenge will consist of four waves of one enemy type and then one boss from that same enemy type, so for instance you might have a full 35 challenge of Hive only, etc. When you complete this challenge, you'll get the standard Level 35 loot, alongside a brand new exotic weapon bounty (Guaranteed Drop). You can only obtain one bounty per character, per event. There will be a unique bounty for each of the enemy guns added and in order to get these bounties, you MUST hold a specific level in the House of Judgement. For space reasons, I cannot place all of the bounty details here, just check out the full web page above for more info. Completing these bounty lines will award a new Exotic Weapon based on enemy weapons that we currently don't have. They are as follows: [b]Variks's Scepter[/b]: Exotic Auto Rifle (Fallen Shock Rifle) - Arc Damage (Offers a selectable scope option to toggle between dumbfire fast rounds, and tracking rounds when zoomed in. [b]Lightning Rod[/b] grants a chance to spawn arcbolt effects on precision kills) [b]Urzok's Grudge[/b]: Exotic Sidearm (Hive Shredder) - Void Damage (Yeah void! Offers [b]Arcane Well[/b] which grants a chance to spawn a small void damage effect on precision hits) [b]Harbinger of Oryx[/b]: Exotic Cannon *1 (Hive Boomer) - Arc Damage (Regenerating Ammo with [b]Ruin of Celestial Will[/b] which spawns a damage zone at the hit location) [b]Hidden Riptide[/b]: Exotic Auto Rifle (Hive Wizard Bolts) - Arc Damage, Unique Gun (Visit Page for more info) [b]Aegis Cutter[/b]: Exotic Auto Rifle (Vex Slap Rifle) - Solar Damage (Selectable Firing Mode, [b]Slap Strike Core[/b] grants an increasing bonus which has a chance to return hit bullets to the magazine.
