Is your Scout Rifle the best?
My Scout Rifle rivals MIDA Multi-Tool. Faster rate of fire than MIDA (I have tested it). It has Full Auto, Single Point Sling, Custom Optics, Feather Mag (lower size but faster, if not maxed, reload) and Third Eye. It's on my Titan.
It is the NL Shadow 701X, also known as the "Orange Fang of Ir Yut"
