Add matchmaking to everything.
Seriously. Just add it already. This has gone beyond absurd.

The below part I copy pasted here from another thread. I wrote:
Optional or permanent is okay with me on non raid activities. If you think about it, it would make more sense if a fireteam was the optional part. Because an activity that is permanently matchmaking always has the option to bring your own fireteam.
Lv28 poe, strikes, crucible and weekly heroic is matchmaking with the option to bring your own fireteam. So why not everything else? No logic there.
Raids are a bit more complicated. Raids should have two options:
Option 1: start raid with fireteam.
Option 2: start raid with matchmaking.
With option two you can start with a fireteam of any number and get mm to fill in the ranks.
Option one lets you start with a fireteam of any number without match making including going in alone.

No... I don't want matchmade teammates I'm pretty confident that with the matchmaking in strikes and PvP the vast majority of destiny players have the IQ of a twinkie and only play when they're suspended from CoD for boosting. I probably solo Crota faster than a matchmade team would ever kill him in a 6 man group.

4 RepliesIm on Bungie's side. Having matchmaking in raids will result in people having to quit because of someone refusing to join a party. I would rather ask around tower or use this app! But I wouldn't mind matchmaking in all the PoE but I wouldn't complain to much if that never happens. :)

Nope. It's bungie's philosophy that you should stop playing the game, get on the internet, and spend 5 - 10 minutes trying to random matchmake yourself because they're not gonna do it for you.
