After beating the game, I played crucible a lot so I had a lot of blues, I thought I was going to be rewarded a legendary. That was the strangers rifle. But upon receiving it after the cutscene, I was disappointed. It was a damn blue. A level 16 required blue at that. It outperforms almost any pulse rifle in PVP and still actually works decently in PvE. Can we have the option to turn our strangers rifle into a 365 legendary for a price? I'd shire like that. Maybe the speaker could give you a special bounty to make it legendary after gaining a certain amount of kills with it. Of all things a blue for a one of a kind weapon for beating the game. Murmer was a legendary and vestian dynasty was a legendary. Please make it a legendary at 365 attack or even a quest to get it so it could be more valuable The quest could be killing a certain amount of enemies with it and the speaker could give you a bounty with different tasks like destroy a hive, cabal, and fallen ship. Then complete all the strikes without dying. Next you need 100 weapon parts and a mote of light to bring to the speaker. Last you need to complete the story missions with heroic modifiers on. Then go see the speaker and receive a legendary infusion. The when xur comes go see him and he'll have the legendary strangers rifle on sail for a legendary infusion and voilà. If you collect all dead ghosts it becomes elemental and you can choose the element without stats changing.
