There should be two options: Private fireteam and public matchmaking. If I want to play with friends I will, but I don't want to go out on an app and search for hours just for a decent game and then leave because the group fails ultimately. Same goes for PoE. Absolutely no reason why we can't have matchmaking like strikes do. I do however do understand why there is no matchmaking for ToO. I just want to get on quick, play for a couple hours and have fun.
