For those interested here's the deal: You obtain the bounty as a random drop after killing Skolas on lvl 35 or the level 34 boss of the week. Steps of the bounty are: 1. Take the elder cipher to Variks and choose a weapon to work towards Your choice of Lord of Wolves shotgun, Queenbreakers Bow (a fusion/sniper combo), and the Dregs Promise (a sidearm) 2. Obtain a queens cipher by opening the main chest in the queens Crystal barrows on any PoE challenge mode (lvl 32-35) 3. Return the queens cipher to variks 4. Wait for Variks to summon you (takes 48 hours from turning in queens cipher) edit: a guy with the queenbreakers now says he waited 24 hours so conflicting sources. I did inspect him and he had it also has a video of using it. 5. Kill bosses in the prison of elders to earn points. 1000 points are needed and challenge bosses are worth more (lvl 32-35 are worth a good deal more than lvl 28 bosses) 28-75 points 32-250 points 34-350 points 35- unknown (just do level 34 boss 3 times to complete fast) 6.
