Pop a resupply codes and do the first encounter in heroic exclusion zone on Mars. You get 8 yellow barred enemies that give about 47 glimmer a piece plus the normal enemies, don't kill the last one let it kill you or grenade yourself and keep killing them. I did it a few times its easy to get 10,000 in under an hour I'd say alot less than an hour
