Since patch 1.2.0.0, we have all farmed for the infamous Treasure Key, we left the area in hopes of more power from the loot cache the Fallen had "Misplaced", but we returned to even more problems. We have become over encumbered by our own ammo, and have no space for keys. Keys, dropped too scarcely from the chest, just as scarcely as getting Legendary engrams from the same caches, but we have been weighed down by our own enemies with such quiet death. Our own weapons, turned deadly to ourselves as we can't continue this journey, because our enemies, they found a way to stop us from taking the fight to them. Ok, so basically if you don't like storytelling, don't read my long winded narrative, skip to here. The issue: Ammo synthesis is so easy to get but almost no way to get rid of. If they didn't intend for us to loot the same cache over and over, multiple times in one run, then fix the drop rate of keys, I had a total of 15 keys before the release of prison, and lost one key because i couldn't accept it from Variks. It didn't go to the postmaster and had to use one of my own keys I farmed for for 3 days straight. I have an issue of having 300+ Special Ammo Synthesis and being unable to get rid of it. Here's what I propose: 1) Fix drop rate of keys to be a bit easier to find. I can already tell that you intend on fixing the Loot cache to not be farmable do to it presenting a sort of "Broken" loot mechanic. Make it to where I can loot 5 caches and get at least 1 key from it, I hated having this much loot and being unable to burn through any of this "Lead Weight" Special Synthesis. 2) Remove or lower the chance of acquiring ammo synthesis, OR, Make them more useful, let's take all our synthesis to the speaker and get rid of it, or to the Cryptarch for "Research" purposes. Each time he gets one, that's 5 or 10 rep for the Cryptarch. I am posting this all as I have no other option than to take all my stuff off of my Titan, one of my favorite but not my main characters, and start him from 1. I would still have 40+ on one of my characters, but it's better than waiting for you to fix this, also is there a bug with the speaker, he doesn't have any options to get rid of mats or transmutations at certain times. Or make them stack higher than 20! Or give me an option to mass trash all of them. Or donate them to your favorite factions towards the "War Effort" for faction standing. There are probably ten thousand ways to fix this issue, but actually starting to fix the issue harder than doing it, here's my 2 cents, and I encourage your feedback by posting your vote and commenting below, be nice and productive. Candain_Ruto a PS3 Player Tip: Throw all your gear into the vault and resources, all of it that you can, then load up a character with as many synthesis as you want to get rid of and delete that character, if you have anything on those character that you want to keep (Sparrows, Shader, Emblems, Ships) Make sure you move it all to the vault before you delete them. This process is very counter productive so make sure you really want to before you do this.
