A you still going to level multiple characters?
I have two Hunters and a Titan. The main reason I built a second Hunter was for a better chance at raid gear. I had a Warlock that I never really used since I didn't feel like grinding so much so deleted him. Now it's easier to level up characters and get them throught the endgame stuff so I built a Titan and got him to 32. Now it just feels like my Hunter and Titan are sufficient. I don't really feel like grinding on a third character (especially since it's a duplicate class).
One of my clanmates with 3 characters told me he doesn't really feel like running all three of his guardians through everything again, so he's just playing with one character now.
Anybody else feel like this?

I see no reason not to level 3 different characters because you can just get etheric light on your higher level character and use it to ascend your lower level characters. The hard part for me has been leveling up vanguard rank

If you keep playing till next expansion, you will want all 3 for the raid again, I'm not going to beat skolas on all 3 this time, but I will keep doing 34 with all 3

I have a 32 hunter, 30 warlock, 14 titan. I only use the hunter. I sharded the other 2s exotics to lvl up the hunters exotics. I only keep my warlock in case if i need extra strange coins. But now the prison of elders give out strange coins, i dont see the need for my other characters.

Its because of the way they made the gear now, you lose your motivation do grind.

I have all three but I don't really care for my Titan or enjoy playing as it.

12 RepliesI have two Titans and one Hunter. My long term plan is two have one of each character type at Level 32. This obviously takes a lot of work. My first goal is to get all the present characters to Level 32. Then I will delete one Titan and create a Warlock. I am not concerned about running through the story again for the Warlock. The climb from 30 to 32, however, is a long, dreadfully slow process.

I'm going to do all 3. I Plan on deleting my second warlock and making a hunter as soon as I'm stocked up on extra etheric light.

I have one of all three classes. My titan is my main but I play alot on all three. However, as the Warlock was great for VOG, and the Hunter great for CE, it seems the Titan is made for POE. So I am focusing most of my efforts on my Titan to begin with. I did the nightfail on all three characters however because I was hoping for new gear or etheric light. I have yet to get my Hunter through the story missions so I will try to get that done this weekend. I will eventually get everyone all leveled up.

2 RepliesI'll level my Hunter and Warlock, but I'm terrible at my Titan, and have a severe lack if plasteel plating. He won't be getting much playtime anytime soon.

Yeah, just because it's so easy now. It wasn't hard to do after TDB, and now I can just hand off extra Etheric Light as the weeks go on to at least bring all my characters to the level cap, if nothing else.

Already well on my way. If I can get one more 35 PoE done and a lucky Nightfall drop for Etheric Light, I'll be 34 across the board.
