Gjallarhorns for everyone?
Does everyone who opens the chest for the first time in lvl 28 Poe get a gjallarhorn if they don't already have one? Noticed this with a few of my friends.

Not on a chest, but I got my 3rd gjally from a legendary engram yesterday. They're given em out like crazy!
