a friend of mine got a purple engram and it decrypted into a common green. I was under the assumption that that doesnt happen anymore?? He's new to the game so this kind of upset him, and I could swear that with the patches it was made so decrypting gives you the color of the engram or higher, not lower. Please help/advise? thank you
