how can i get xbox teammates to my clan on psn?

Need some help from anyone? I have a clan on psn but I can add friends from xbox to the clan anyone know how to do this? I am the admin of my clan if that helps. I do not have a xbox account....

Make an xbox account first. Then enable Xbox clan through the clan settings i believe.
