In my experience with PvP today, and on other days, I noticed a significant number of people absorbing and dealing more damage than their gear should've permitted. I reported them in response, but I must ask how they went unnoticed by the system. It is the PARAMOUNT responsibility of Bungie to ensure a optimum environment for players to progress without being inhibited by malicious hackers; otherwise players are alienated by a hostile division of community and prevented from fully enjoying the game they payed money in order to play. Why is no action being taken?
